These are not the rats we saw today, but this photo is so cute, I had to post it. I found it thru google images from a blog called away from bams.
The one son #1 fell in love with looks more like this one.He was more of a brown hooded cutie. Very tiny and able to be away from Momma Rat about mid-month.
So, son #1 is going to get a rat baby! Good thing I like rats!
